The devil cannot stand against the power of Scripture, and by relying on God’s promises, we can stand firm in the face of temptation.

The spiritual armor is not something to be used only in specific moments of crisis or temptation. It is meant to be worn every day of our lives. Life itself is a constant battle against the forces of darkness. Just as soldiers wear armor during every battle, we must keep the armor of God on at all times.
